It is entirely the customers responsibility to check all packaging, ingredient labels and brand websites of goods to ensure that products purchased are suitable to consume in line with their allergies and intolerances. The Health Store Online is a retailer and affiliate of independent food companies, and accepts no responsibility for the manufacturing, mislabelling or packaging of any goods sold online or through the physical shop.
We market products using information supplied to us via API from our wholesalers, and in the event that they haven’t published sufficient or correct information for us to display on our website regarding allergens, the responsibility of checking the food for allergen lies entirely with the customer and consumer of goods. The Health Store Online accepts no responsibility for claims made regarding allergens, and in the event that you are unsure if a product is suitable for consumption, a request must be made in writing to The Health Store Online so we may supply you with contact details of the manufacturer for further exploration and confirmation from source of product suitability.
The manner in which products have been grouped together on The Health Store Online using categories and tags, does not indicate the products suitability in relation to allergens.
Categories and tags are meant for guide and marketing purposed only.
Only information displayed on the actual physical product label should be deemed suitable and correct when taking allergens into consideration. In the event that an image isn’t displayed on The Health Store Online to show product label and allergen information, we respectfully ask that you request the manufacturers details in writing via email so you can check the products suitability before purchasing.
The customer accepts all responsibility regarding allergens.
